FOOD: MEDITERRANEAN DIET

Probably more than half of the reason why I love to travel is the amazing food..this is not an exaggeration. I have heard from friends that Euro trips can cause major weight gains... but after having experienced all of this Greek food... I feel no different, if not better. Compared to typical American food, Greek food is 200 times healthier, and has left me feeling more energized and more fit than ever. So thats why these Greeks live forever, huh? 

With copious amounts of fresh seafood, herbs, raw olive oil, lean meats, and yogurt and veggie based dips.. you could say i am vacationing in health food heaven.
